We may offer free trial periods for Pro features from time to time. At the end of a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to GolfCoach, including swing videos, annotations, and statistical data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
You acknowledge and agree that your swing videos and related data will be processed by our AI systems, including third-party AI services (Anthropic/Claude), to generate coaching feedback. We do not sell your content or share it publicly.
The GolfCoach App, Website, and all associated content, features, functionality, design, code, AI models, coaching methodologies, and branding are owned by GolfCoach and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, unless applicable law expressly permits it.
AI-generated coaching feedback provided to you through the App is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly publish the coaching content without our prior written consent.
GolfCoach is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to:
Golf is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. You should consult with a medical professional before beginning any new exercise or training program. GolfCoach is not responsible for any injuries sustained while performing drills or exercises suggested by the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GolfCoach and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for all claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GolfCoach from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App settings or by contacting us at support@golfcoach.tech. If you have an active Pro subscription, you must cancel it separately through your Apple ID account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution).
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GolfCoach is established. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the App at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of GolfCoach after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service and delete your account.
