- Record — Capture a 5-second video from down-the-line or face-on. Slow motion is supported but not required. Place your phone at hand height, about 8-10 feet away.
- Mark key positions — Identify 5 positions in your swing: address, top of backswing, impact, follow-through, and finish. The app guides you through each one.
- AI analysis — Claude Vision AI runs pose detection to find your joint positions, then evaluates four metrics. Each metric is scored with a clear label: on plane/inside/outside, good rotation/limited, stable/excessive movement, smooth tempo/rushed.
- Get results — A coaching tip explains your primary issue in plain language. A recommended drill targets that specific fault. Key frame images show your positions with a skeleton overlay.
